I went out mountain biking for the first time today and my legs are killing me. We ran out of water early into the ride and it wasn’t long before I was dehydrated. I was soaking in some epson salt water to get all healed up for the party tomorrow. I don’t want to meet some hot college chick and have to pass on sex because my damn legs are cramping up. I had a lot of fun, but I think I’ll stick with my 4-wheeler when I’m out in the hills.
